The Breakaways play Rock’n’Roll inspired by bands like the Ramones,
Buddy Holly, Johnny Thunders, Eddie Cochran, Ronettes, Gene Vincent &
the Sonics. They started playing together in September 2021 in Athens
and consist of Jet (guitar, vocals), Aris (bass) and Jimbo (drums,
vocals), who in the past have played in bands such as Cosmic Teds,
Hotshits, Sushi Killers, Teenheat, Wildtimes, Reverb Snatchers, Suncity
Kids.
